well well, the good news is air asia is now flying directly to Singapore and my darling would be taking it here today to see me.
so with it so good, what is the bad news?
being able to come to fly directly to singapore. you've got to take an air asia flight from Penang to KL Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) Airport.
the bad about it is that if you connect a flight of a good 1hr. you got to be rushing like mad in the KL-LCCT terminal.
why?
the reason being.. you are unable to check directly through Singapre from Penang.
you have to pick up your luggage from the conveyor belt before being able to check in again!
if you have less than an hour (Upon Landing), you have got to wait for you luggage (usually slow in ground staff handling) which therefore gives you less than the required 45mins, you would be in deep trouble!!!!!
darling's flight is at 10am. 9.15am, she was at the conveyor STILL waiting for the luggage. wahhh... i know my darling's head went big.. but im training her to be a frequent travellor =X
i was worried. but she managed to run out to check in!
waiting for you at Terminal 1!!!
so my stand. air aisa good to fly to sg. ground service needs to be improved.
on the last note, take air asia, next connecting flight of more den 1.5hrs to ease your tension in missing your flight.
