so what are the rates for next semester? indeed the rental rates have gone up from AUD$110 per week to now AUD$122 per week.. this rates applies to Erica Underwood House!!!yes.. am staying back.. so happy....!!!! no worries mate!

well, its party time before exams start.. not clubbing but just a simple Erica Underwood House End of Year function... the dinner for residents to dress up and let their hair down and just eat.. make ppl fat lar.. hee.. what to do.. enjoy!
